Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a list of instructions issued at a meeting with the winners of international Olympiads in general subjects held on November 2, 2012.

1. Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov)

Identify deadlines and duration of the training camps for Russian national teams participating in international Olympiads in general subjects (international Olympiads).

Provide incentives to teachers and coaches of the Russian national teams whose students won international competitions.

Submit proposals on attracting foreign winners of international Olympiads for further training at Russian institutions of higher learning.

Make results available to the Russian Government on or before March 1, 2013.

2. Finance Ministry (Anton Siluanov)

In conjunction with the Ministry of Education and Science and Moscow State University, allocate federal budget appropriations to organise and hold the International Chemistry Olympiad in Russia in 2013.

3. Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov)

In conjunction with federal executive bodies and organisations, make provisions for preparing and holding the International Geography Olympiad in Russia in 2015.

In conjunction with the Ministry of Communications and other federal executive bodies and organisations, make provisions for preparing and holding the International Information Technology Olympiad in Russia in 2016.

Apprise the Russian Government of progress annually beginning December 2013.
