Dmitry Medvedev signs a resolution to approve regulations for providing allowances from federal budget for financial provisions for preparations and the participation of people with disabilities in physical fitness events, including international physical fitness events, as well as compensation of expenses for the participation of trainers and specialists in seminars and conferences, organising seminars and conferences, and promoting physical fitness and sport among people with disabilities.
