After listening to Dmitry Bezdelov's report on the agency's activities, the Deputy Prime Minister, who is also head of the State Border Commission, criticised a number of areas of the work of the Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities (Rosgranitsa). He pointed out systematic faults in the management segment of the agency's subordinate structures, and drew attention to the inefficient spending of budget funds and use of non-transparent schemes. Dmitry Rogozin said that the performance of the Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities was unsatisfactory in the Far Eastern Federal District (for the 2012 APEC Leaders' Week in Vladivostok) and in the Krasnodar Territory (for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi).

The Deputy Prime Minister wrapped up by demanding that the administration of the Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities must prepare and submit a report on rectifying violations in the work of the agency and its subordinate structures as quickly as possible.
