Government resolution on the fulfilment of a planned federal property privatisation programme for 2011-2013 and measures to restrict the purchase of stocks and shares in businesses by companies partially owned by the state
The issue was discussed at a Government meeting on October 25, 2012. The following decisions were adopted:
1. The Ministry of Economic Development and the interested federal executive agencies are to submit a programme for the development by the relevant federal executive agencies of roadmaps to privatise shares of joint stock companies currently in federal property. Deadline: December 1, 2012.
2. The Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance are to establish a procedure and conditions for attracting investment and legal consultants to fulfil the planned federal property privatisation programme.
