"Our current priority is to keep moving along the innovation trajectory, introducing modern, advanced technologies and improving labour productivity. We need to increase the efficiency of hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing, improve the system of environmental control and, of course, train highly-skilled engineers and workers.

"I am confident that the rich labour traditions and professionalism of the Russian oil and gas companies will help you achieve these priority goals."
