Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulates Viktoria Potapova on her bronze medal in judo at the 2012 Paralympics
The message reads, in part:
"You have demonstrated your skill and your fighter's spirit in the judo competition and added another bronze to Russia's collection."
