Conference participants discussed the executive authorities' readiness to implement Federal Law No. 210-FZ, On Organising the Provision of State and Municipal Services. Under the law, state authorities may not request from individuals or companies information which is at the disposal of other agencies.

This clause came into effect on October 1, 2011. On July 1, 2012, all regions and municipalities are to convert to electronic interdepartmental interaction.

It was pointed out at the conference that this is the final deadline and that it will not be postponed. The regions are obliged to comply with the law without exception.
