The Government Presidium includes seven deputy prime ministers and 11 ministers.

In addition to the Prime Minister, the Presidium includes First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Ministers Vladislav Surkov, Olga Golodets, Arkady Dvorkovich, Dmitry Kozak, Dmitry Rogozin and Alexander Khloponin. Other Presidium members are Minister for Relations with the Open Government Mikhail Abyzov, Economic Development Minister Andrei Belousov, Minister of Regional Development Oleg Govorun, Minister of the Interior Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov, Energy Minister Alexander Novak, Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Healthcare Minister Veronika Skvortsova, Minister of Labour and Social Security Maxim Topilin and Minister of Agriculture Nikolai Fyodorov.
