Meeting participants supported a proposal to assign two separate codes for foreign trade products and to set zero import duty rates on microprocessors made using 32-nanometre technology. Having discussed proposals to increase the import duty on certain types of foreign made cutlery, the applicant was offered the opportunity to submit a request for protective measures against the import of such products from major exporting countries.

In conclusion, the sub-commission set a duty schedule for copper rod and adopted a work plan for the first six months of 2012.
