Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited a technical inspection centre operating in line with new regulations, and asked specialists whether any problems had emerged with the implementation of the new requirements. He promised to discuss the implementation of the new regulations at a meeting with representatives of motorists’ organisations, which is scheduled for today.
