The Government Presidium, at its meeting on May 5, 2011, adopted the following decisions on the agenda items:
1. Submitting to the President of the Russian Federation for subsequent introduction for ratification the Agreement on Agreed Upon Principles of Monetary Policy
The Government adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
2. Submitting to the President of the Russian Federation for subsequent introduction for ratification the Agreement on Creating Favourable Conditions for the Free Movement of Capital on Financial Markets
The Government adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
3. Submitting to the President of the Russian Federation for subsequent introduction for ratification the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Competition
The Government adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
4. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on State (Municipal) Purchases
The Government approved the draft federal law. It was decided to submit the document to the State Duma for consideration according to established procedure.
5. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on Common Regulations for Providing State Support to the Agriculture Sector
The Government approved the draft federal law. It was decided to submit the document to the State Duma for consideration according to established procedure.
6. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement to Provide Access to the Services of Natural Monopolies in the Power Industry, Including the Basic Principles of Pricing and Tariffs Policies
The Government approved the draft federal law. It was decided to submit the document to the State Duma for consideration according to established procedure.
7. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Procedure for the Establishment, Management, Operation and Development of Common Crude Oil and Petroleum Markets of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation
The Government approved the draft federal law. It was decided to submit the document to the State Duma for consideration according to established procedure.
8. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Crude Oil and Petroleum Deliveries to the Republic of Kazakhstan

9. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Rules of Access to the Services of Natural Monopolies in Gas Transportation Via Gas Transportation Systems, Including the Basic Principles of Pricing and Tariffs Policies

10. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Regulation of Access to Railway Transport Services, Including the Basic Principles of the Tariffs Policy

11. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Legal Status of Immigrant Workers and Their Families

12. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Cooperation Agreement to Counter Illegal Labour Immigration From Other States
The Government approved the draft federal law. It was decided to submit the document to the State Duma for consideration according to established procedure.
13. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the Temporary Employment of the Citizens of One State on the Territory of Another State

14. Draft Federal Law n the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on Investment Incentives and Mutual Investment Protection

15. Submitting to the President of the Russian Federation for subsequent introduction for ratification the Treaty Between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland on Leasing the Russian Section of the Saimen Canal and the Adjacent Territory to the Republic of Finland and on Facilitating Navigation Through the Saimen Canal

16. Draft Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on Mutual Trips by the Citizens of the Russian Federation and the Citizens of the Republic of Croatia”

17. Concluding the Treaty Between the Russian Federation and the Northern Environmental Financial Corporation Regarding Involvement in the Arctic Council's Project Support Instrument (PSI)

18. Establishing the Organising Committee to Prepare the Russian Exhibition, Ensure the Participation of the Russian Federation in the Yeosu Korea 2012 International Exhibition, and Approve the Committee Composition

19. Allocating budget money to the Government of the Republic of Dagestan from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and the Aftermath of Natural Disasters
for making compensation payments for losses incurred as a result of the September 24, 2010 counter-terrorist operation in Makhachkala (Republic of Dagestan)
The Government adopted a draft directive on this issue.
20. Allocating budget money to the Government of the Republic of Dagestan from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and the Aftermath of Natural Disasters
for making compensation payments for losses and damage incurred as a result of the September 29, 2010 counter-terrorist operation in the township of Semender near Makhachkala (Republic of Dagestan)
The Government adopted a draft directive on this issue.
21. Allocating budget money to the Government of the Republic of Dagestan from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and the Aftermath of Natural Disasters
for making compensation payments for losses incurred as a result of the November 13, 2009 terrorist act in the village of Guoden in the Karabudakhkent District (Republic of Dagestan)

22. Allocating budget money to the Government of the Stavropol Territory from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and the Aftermath of Natural Disasters for making compensation payments for losses incurred by private individuals and legal entities as a result of the August 17, 2010 terrorist act in the city of Pyatigorsk (Stavropol Territory)
The Government adopted a draft directive on this issue.
23. Issuing state housing certificates to the Government of the Karachayevo-Circassian Republic for subsequent allotment to individuals who lost their housing as a result of the July 26, 2007 flash flood caused by torrential rains and hail on the territory of the Karachayevo-Circassian Republic
