Vladimir Putin and Francois Fillon signed a Russian-French declaration of cooperation in nuclear energy as well. They were also present for the signing of the following documents:

– A memorandum of understanding between the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Sanofi-Aventis Group;

– A memorandum of understanding between the Information Satellite Systems - Reshetnev Company and Thales Alenia Space France;

– A supplement to the December 9, 2010 Agreement on Strategic Cooperation signed by the Federal Hydroelectric Generating Company RusHydro and Alstom Holdings;

– A shareholders' agreement between the Comprehensive Energy Solutions Company and Alstom Holdings;

– A contract for the construction of a Russian spiritual and cultural centre in Paris, France;

– The agenda for the season of Russian language and literature in France, and French language and literature in Russia in 2012;

– An administrative agreement between the Ministry of Transport of the Russian federation and the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing of the French Republic on the mutual recognition of certificates of sea vessels' crews;

– An agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the French Republic on assistance to cooperation between the territorial entities of the Russian Federation and the French Republic;

– An agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the French Republic on the establishment of a commission for protecting children in family conflicts;

– An agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the French Republic on cooperation in child adoption;

– An action programme toward partnership for modernisation within the framework of the Franco-Russian Economic, Financial, Industrial and Trade Council (CEFIC);

– A programme of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Justice of the French Republic;

– A memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing of the French Republic.
