Prime Minister Vladimir Putin participates in a limited attendance meeting of the SCO member states’ heads of government council as part of his working trip to St Petersburg
Taking part in the session were Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov, Chinese State Council Premier Wen Jiabao, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Akil Akilov, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov and Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Secretary-General Muratbek Imanaliyev.
