- establish fuel reserves at major airports in the amounts needed to secure uninterrupted supplies for a duration of 10 days;

- consider improvement of supply logistics;

- identify ways of supplying jet fuel directly to airline companies from reserves held by the Federal Agency for State Reserves.

A number of instructions were issued at the meeting with regard to establishing alternate refuelling stations at all major airports and signing long-term contracts with oil companies.
