“None of the Russian investors have abandoned their commitments to Olympic facilities construction in Sochi,” Mr Kozak said.
"None of the Russian investors have abandoned their commitments to Olympic facilities construction in Sochi," Mr Kozak said. He mentioned that unfortunately two sites of the London Olympics had already been dropped by the investors. If there is a similar situation in Sochi, "the Government will take over the private investors' projects," Mr Kozak said.

According to Mr Kozak, there is another side to the crisis - the cost of construction materials has decreased. Therefore, "if there is a need for the Government to take over the privately funded projects, it can proceed with the construction using the funds saved on other Olympic projects." "We will be closely monitoring the economic situation and the activities of our key Olympic investors, and we very much hope that they will not abandon the Olympic projects," Mr Kozak said.
