To promote mountain tourism in Russia, the subcommission decided it was necessary to abolish 15% import duties for track-laying tractors that make ski runs.

The subcommission coordinated the full conditional exemption from customs duties of sea ferries with gross tonnage exceeding 1,000 tonnes on the Ust Luga-Baltiisk and Ust Luga-Baltiisk-Sassnitz routes.

The subcommission approved the Belarusian proposal on the abolition of import duties for natural calcium phosphates (code TN VED TS 2510200000) within the year, and on appointing a separate TN VED TS code for pressure-packed polyurethane assembly foam.

In conclusion, the subcommission determined to specify the nomenclature of car tyres depending on the diameter at the rim seat (below 15 inches, 15-16 inches inclusive, and over 16 inches) and lorry tyres with consideration for the load index (below and above 121), and on the presence of full-metal cord.
