Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor attend a ceremony for signing new agreements on Russian-Slovenian cooperation

Participants:

The documents signed are as follows:

1. An agreement between the Russian government and the government of Slovenia on the establishment and operations of institutions of culture and scientific research;

2. A memorandum of understanding between the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and the Slovenian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and the Food Industry on cooperation in agriculture;

3. A memorandum of cooperation between the government of the Ulyanovsk Region (Russia) and the Economics Ministry of the Republic of Slovenia;

4. A memorandum of understanding on cooperation in standardisation between the Russian Federal Agency on Technical Regulations and Metrology and the Slovenian Institute for Standardisation;

5. An agreement between participants in the consortium South Stream
Slovenia, LLC;

6. A memorandum of understanding between the Russian energy company Gazprom Neft and the Slovenian group Petrol;

7. An agreement on amendments to the accord between the governments of Russia and Slovenia on cooperation in building and operating a gas pipeline in Slovenian territory.
