Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrives in the Udmurtian Republic to chair a meeting in Votkinsk on industry progress in implementing the state arms program from 2011 through 2020
Mr Putin's trip will also include a visit to the Votkinsk Plant, which manufactures Topol-M ballistic missiles and is involved in developing the Bulava submarine-launched ballistic missile.
