- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Finland on exchanging information about the state of the environment during the construction of the seabed section of the Nord Stream gas pipeline

- Memorandum of Understanding on energy efficiency and renewable energy between the Russian Energy Agency (REA) and the Finnish association, the Russian-Finnish Energy Club
