The Government Presidium of the Russian Federation, at its July 12, 2010 meeting, adopted the following decisions for the items on its agenda.
1. Progress on the implementation of the plan to improve government administration in 2009-2010
The Government of the Russian Federation has instructed the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance, in light of the discussion, to reconsider the amount of budget allocations required to implement the programme of improving state (municipal) administration in the Russian Federation in 2011-2013. The draft programme is to be submitted to the government by October 1, 2010.
2. Draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 17.2 of the federal law On a State Allowance to Citizens Who Have Children
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the Draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 17.2 of the federal law On a State Allowance to Citizens Who Have Children and will submit it to the State Duma.
3. Draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 10 of the federal law On the Procedure of Exit from and Entry into the Russian Federation
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the Draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 10 of the federal law On the Procedure of Exit from and Entry into the Russian Federation and will submit it to the State Duma.
4. Introducing amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of the federal law of December 30, 2009 No. 385-FZ On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law On Technical Regulation
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
5. Introducing amendments to the Statute on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
6. Signing the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia on Extending a State Loan to the Republic of Abkhazia
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on the issue.
7. Allocation from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Republic of Khakassia of money for lump-sum payments to the victims of the accident at the RusHydro, Sayano-Shushenskaya Hydroelectric Power Station, on August 17, 2009
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on the issue.
