The commission heard a report from Deputy Minister of Economic Development and State Secretary Anna Popova on the changes to be introduced to government executive orders No. 1555-r of October 17, 2009 on the plan to move government services online and execute government functions online and No. 1993-r of December 17, 2009 on the consolidated list of priority services provided by national government bodies and local administrations online. These changes will speed up the process of moving some of the services online and increase the public importance of the services moved online.

The commission also reviewed the latest update of the blueprint for the e-government project, which was reconsidered and coordinated with federal executive bodies.

At the end of the meeting the commission heard a report by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media on the projects included in the framework of the state programme Information Society 2011-2020, which is currently being developed. The commission focused on the projects scheduled for 2011.
