Meeting participants discussed the online payment method for government services via the Integrated Portal of Government and Municipal Services (Functions). To test the process, the government will carry out a pilot program in 2010 to test this service technology for account charges and tax payments, state duties, fines and other payments required of individuals that are administered by the Interior Ministry, Federal Migration Service and Federal Tax Service.

Meeting participants listened to the report of Alexander Surinov, Deputy Head of the Russian State Statistics Service (Rosstat), on the progress of establishing the Unified Interdepartmental Statistical Information System (UniSIS), which has been already tried for experimental operation.

The Commission has become the first among the Russian executive bodies to hold meetings using only electronic documents.

To achieve this, the Federal Guard Service along with the Government Executive Office developed proprietary software to facilitate the holding of electronic meetings between agencies. The program is run through the Situations Centre of the Russian Government.
