The message reads:
Dear friends,
Congratulations on the 150th anniversary of the founding your plant named after outstanding Russian engineer and metallurgy researcher Pavel Obukhov.
This is the site of the first Russian metallographic laboratory. It’s where the first tanks and aircraft engines were built in Russia. The famous Obukhov steel has been supplied to many foreign countries.
Today Obukhov Plant is a multi-field research and production centre of the Russian defence industry. It has developed and launched serial production of modern types of missile, nuclear, and space systems of the Aerospace Defence Forces and the Missile and Strategic Rocket Forces.
I wish all current and former employees of the Obukhov Plant health, success and all the best.
Dmitry Medvedev
