Specialists in aerospace industry currently face ambitious challenges of creating fundamentally new spacecraft and modern infrastructure on Earth. It will be necessary to pay the most serious attention to the development of fundamental and applied science, and to improving the system of personnel training.

I am confident that your experience, professionalism and responsibility will help you to achieve spectacular success in the exploration of outer space. In the words of Sergei Korolyov, the prospects of astronautics are as boundless as the Universe.
