This influential forum, which is being held in Russia for the first time, is dedicated to an extremely topical issue: "Innovation and Modernising the Rural Economy." Representatives of state bodies of power, the business community, as well as leading scientists and experts from Russia and other states, will discuss a number of issues connected with the search for an optimal economic structure for rural territories, and for ways of making them more competitive and more attractive for investors.

"It is important that your forum's agenda includes issues of socio-economic development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the second largest region of the Russian Federation, as well as that of the country's northern and Arctic territories.
