Commission on Administrative Reform

The Commission is a coordinating agency set up to ensure the attainment of priority objectives of the administrative reform. 

The Commission has the following responsibilities:

• to coordinate the work of the federal bodies of executive authority and their interaction with the regional bodies of executive authority, as well as with the organisations and public associations concerned with the administrative reform;

•  to conduct a preliminary analysis of draft federal laws and other laws in this sphere before their submission to the Government;

•  to limit state interference in the economic operation of businesses, including by preventing excessive state regulation, precluding the overlapping of functions of the federal bodies of executive authority; 

• to perform other tasks related to the administrative reform.
