Meeting participants supported the proposal to amend the Foreign Trade Classification (TNVED codes) of the Customs Union, introducing specific customs codes for natural gas condensate containing particular additives, as well as for several crude oil blends.
The sub-commission harmonised CIS member states' Foreign Trade Classifications for specific types of passenger aircraft, depending on their Manufacturer's Weight Empty (MWE).
The meeting participants also agreed to correct the export duty upwards on semi-finished leather from €90 to €250 per tonne.
The meeting concluded with the sub-commission considering a proposal to cancel the current 5% import duty on corn and barley for up to six months. However, before reaching a final decision, the sub-commission asked the Agriculture Ministry and the Economic Development Ministry to compile a detailed cultivation forecast for these crops across Russia's regions.
