The Federal Service for Defence Contracts (Rosoboronzakaz) is a federal executive agency charged with supervision (oversight) authority over state defence orders and over the procurement of goods, programme scheduling, and the rendering of services for the state needs not related to state defence orders and falling within a state classified status, as well as over the legal regulation in its statutory sphere of activity.
