1996: Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
1995-2002: Worked as Lead Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of the Legal Department, Deputy Head of the Main Control and Legal Department of the Krasnoyarsk Municipal Government.
2002-2010: Served as Deputy Department Head, Deputy Head of the Civil Service Division, Deputy Director of the Department for State Regulation of the Economy, and Deputy Director of the Department for Small Business Development, at Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development.
2010-2012: Served as Deputy Head of the Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
November 29, 2012: Appointed Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
Recipient of the Order for Service to the Fatherland, 2nd class.
