The Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation at its meeting on February 4, 2010, adopted the following decisions on the items on its agenda:

III. Amending certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation following the adoption of the Federal Law On Anti-Corruption Examination of Regulatory Legal Acts and their Drafts
The Government adopted a draft resolution on this item.
IV. The draft of the federal law on amending Article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part Two)
The Government endorsed the draft of the federal law on amending Article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part Two) and resolved to submit it to the State Duma according to the established procedure.
V. The draft of the federal law on ratification of the Protocol Amending the January 12, 2007 Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Regulation of Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Export of Crude Oil and Refined Products
The Government endorsed the draft of the federal law on ratification of the Protocol Amending the January 12, 2007 Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Regulation of Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Export of Crude Oil and Refined Products and resolved to submit it to the State Duma according to the established procedure.
