Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich, Minister of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina, Minister of Regional Development Viktor Basargin, Minister of Healthcare and Social Development Tatyana Golikova, representatives of ministries and agencies, banks with state capital and the United Aircraft Corporation attended the meeting.
The Commission decided to submit documents on the 3.2 billion rouble recapitalisation of Sukhoi Company over a seven-day period.
Members of the Commission noted the need to implement a programme to restructure the debt of United Aircraft Corporation, to reduce outlays at its enterprises and to streamline corporate management.
