Vladimir Putin: Let us discuss the details again. Are there any problems that require our special attention, intervention and support?
Viktor Zimin: Mr Putin, since the recent meetings overseen by Igor Sechin and the Minister of Energy, I haven't seen any of big problems we had at the beginning.
Your instructions mandating the use of our organisations and the registration of all enterprises operating in the republic are being implemented.
At present, nearly 24 organisations have been registered in Khakassia. In other words, we now have a taxable base in addition to the human potential we had before. Since there was unemployment in Sayanogorsk, I believe that these measures will have a positive effect on the region and the municipal entity.
It is a plus, although of course it is not good to speak of "advantages" in this situation... But I think that the obligations we have assumed to the families of the victims... I assure you that we will work to fulfil them. It was not an unsubstantiated statement when I said that we were drafting a programme for 18 years.
So far, everything is proceeding as it should.
Vladimir Putin: I have only thing to ask of you - surely you know what it is - don't act formally, but consider each person's problems individually. If you do so, you will indeed achieve all of your goals.
