Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will take part in the Dialogue About the Future international conference on 10 April and deliver a speech at a plenary session on developing innovation through international cross-sector partnerships.
Participants will focus on how to turn innovation into an economic growth engine, aspects of creating a favourable innovative ecosystem, and how to remove barriers facing innovation. They will also discuss the role of government agencies and educational institutions in promoting innovation and funding such projects.
The conference will be attended by Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov, Skolkovo Foundation President Viktor Vekselberg, and Siemens AG President and CEO Peter Loscher, as well as leading Russian and international experts on innovation and members of the business community.
