The following issues are to be discussed at the meeting:
1. Draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law On the Procedure for Foreign Investment in Business Companies of Strategic Importance for National Defence and Security.
The draft law has been developed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. It is aimed at liberalising control over foreign investment in companies of strategic importance. The draft law also aims to abolish excessive administrative barriers for foreign investors concluding contracts in respect to the aforementioned companies.
