On March 26, Dmitry Medvedev will hold a meeting on improving the Supreme Certification Commission, expert and dissertation councils, and postgraduate and doctoral programmes at Russian universities. The Prime Minister will also meet with postgraduate students of leading Russian higher education institutions.
