“This has long been spoken about, and after reinforcing the helicopter pad today, the Prime Minister returned to his residence outside Moscow on a helicopter,” Natalia Timakova, press secretary of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, said.
Weather permitting, Mr Medvedev will use the helicopter to attend events outside the Government House where proper technical conditions are provided, she said.
