The Government decisions taken at the February 13, 2013 meeting:
1. To approve the draft state programme The Development of Financial and Insurance Markets and the Creation of an International Financial Centre.
2. The Ministry of Finance is instructed to examine in the State Duma draft federal law No 191229-6 On Introducing Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation On Organising Insurance Operation in the Russian Federation and the Federal Law On Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Drivers in the spring session of 2013.
3. The Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Economic Development in cooperation with the Moscow Government should prepare for a federal Government meeting their proposals on including the measures aimed at developing the Moscow Region's transport sector within the state programme Transport System Development.
4. The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Transport in cooperation with the Moscow Government should prepare their proposals on tightening the administrative liability for offences against the time behaviour for lorry traffic on Moscow roads.
