List of instructions after the meeting with members of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

 
 
 

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has issued a number of instructions after a meeting with the members of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on 4 December 2012

The text of the document:

1. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (Igor Artemyev)

The Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov)

Together with voluntary associations of businessmen, consider extending the use of the mechanisms for warning antimonopoly law offenders.

Report on the results to the Government by 1 February 2013.

2. The Ministry of Energy (Alexander Novak)

Following the established procedure, set up a working group that includes representatives of the respective federal executive bodies, regional executive bodies and organisations to draw a set of measures to create conditions for the use peat in heat and electric energy production. In cases where the Government's decision is necessary, submit your proposals to the Government following the established procedure.

3. The Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov)

Consider making amendments to the Customs Union's Customs Code to take into account the proposals supported by Russian entrepreneurship associations, and report back.

4. Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich

Consider the proposals of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on draft federal law No. 584587-5, On Introducing Amendments to Some Legal Acts of the Russian Federation as regards Improving Environmental Standards and  Incentivizing Economic Entities that Introduce the Best Environmental Friendly Technology, and draft federal law No 584399-5, On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law, 'On Production and Consumption Waste and Other Legal Acts of the Russian Federation,' when preparing the amendments for the State Duma's approval in the second reading. Report back by 15 January 2013.

5. The Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov)

The Ministry of Justice (Alexander Konovalov)

Following the established procedure, create a working group that includes representatives of the respective federal executive bodies, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Commercial Court and other organisations to develop a system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation, and, if necessary, submit your proposals on the need for a Government decision, following the established procedure.
