The above issue was discussed at the Government meeting on December 7, 2012. Following the discussion, the following decisions were taken:
1. The reports of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development on the issues are hereby noted.
2. The report on a nine month Federal budget execution is hereby approved and sent to the State Duma, the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
3. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development are to consider the issue of cutting the number of changes in the federal targeted programmes and the Federal recipient-specific programme in the course of the fiscal year with the intent of establishing the possibility of introducing changes one time, and will present respective proposals to the Russian Government following the established procedure before March 1, 2013.
