As a result of a discussion at a Government meeting on November 29, 2012, the following decisions have been adopted:
1. The draft of the state programme Social Support for the Population is approved in general.
2. The Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development are to jointly discuss the funding of the state programme, including expenses for children’s health support to be borne by the regions and taking into account the opinions expressed at the meeting, and to prepare proposals on additional state support for families with children (maternity capital).
The draft of the state programme and of the relevant legislative act should be submitted to the Government by December, 10, 2012.
3. The Ministry of Regional Development, in coordination with the regional authorities, is to monitor the allocation of plots of land to families with three and more children, and to report to the Government by March, 15, 2013 on the issue. To submit proposals jointly with a corresponding legislative act, on the issues that require a Government resolution.
