Speaking at the news conference, Mr Medvedev said that Russia has made a package proposal to Moldova on cooperation in the gas sphere.
Addressing the issue of Moldovan wine exports to Russia, Prime Minister Medvedev noted that nearly all problems related to the quality of Moldovan wine have been resolved.
Mr Medvedev highlighted the importance of investment projects in the cooperation between the two countries, and said that they remain a priority in their bilateral relations.
He also stated that Russia is interested in seeing Moldova develop as a united country, and wishes to see more active efforts to resolve the Transnistria issue. Russia will contribute to this process, Mr Medvedev said.
