"You are shouldering an immense responsibility in terms of chemical disarmament. National security and the fulfillment of Russia's international commitments to destroy chemical weapons, which are among the most dangerous weapons of mass destruction, actually depend on how effectively you are doing your job.
I expect that the military and civilian staff at the agency will continue doing its professional duty, promptly and accurately with dedication to the task it has been entrusted with."
