Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited the machine-building plant "Elemach" in the town of Elektrostal, where Mr Putin familiarized himself with the technology for the production of nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants. Russian Prime Minister saw the technological production chain - from manufacturing ‘fuel pellets' to ready-made heat generating units.
