First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov chairs a meeting of the Commission for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises to discuss the draft federal law On the Improvement of a Simplified Patent System of Taxation

The meeting focused on businesses to which patent-based taxation is applicable and on increasing the number of employees of patented businesses.

The first deputy prime minister ordered for the draft law to be completed within ten days and submitted to the government on November 26.
