During their conversation, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church discussed the prospects for transferring Holy relics currently held in museum collections to the Russian Orthodox Church, and other issues of cooperation between the Church and state.
The Prime Minister holds regular meetings with the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church, but this was the first time the meeting took place at the patriarch's country residence.
