PRESS RELEASE
The Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation adopted the following decisions on the items on its agenda at its meeting on August 5, 2010
1. The draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law on Introducing Amendments to Part 2 of the Customs Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Other Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The Government has approved the draft federal law and decided to submit it to the State Duma.
2. The draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law on the System of Civil Service of the Russian Federation and On State Civil Service of the Russian Federation.
The Government has approved the draft federal law and decided to submit it to the State Duma.
3. The draft federal law On the Social Protection of Citizens of the Russian Federation Affected by Radiation Exposure Following the Accident at the Mayak Manufacturing Enterprise and the Discharge of Radioactive Waste into the Techa River in 1957.
The Government has approved the draft federal law and decided to submit it to the State Duma.
4. The draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law On the Stock Market and certain other legislative acts of the Russian Federation concerned with the procedure of issuing securities by issuers whose securities are listed and quoted on stock exchanges, changing the process of assigning or issuing preferred shares when the rights they certify are changed, specifying the requirements for disclosing information concerning the securities' prospectus, and improving the legal regulation of issuing securities when legal entities are undergoing reorganization.
The Government has approved the draft federal law and decided to submit it to the State Duma.
5. Approving technical regulations On Sea Transport Safety.
The Government has approved a draft decree on the above issue.
6. Approving technical regulations On Inland Water Transport Safety.
The Government has approved a draft decree on the above issue.
