The Russian Government Presidium adopted the following decisions on the items on the agenda of its meeting on June 16, 2010:
I. Draft Strategy for Geological Development until 2030
The discussion resulted in the Russian government adopting a draft resolution in relation to the issue, excluding from the draft strategy the provisions concerning the incorporation of geological enterprises involved in scientific research.
II. Draft Federal Law On Amending Part One and Part Two of the Russian Tax Code in Connection with the Establishment of the Consolidated Group of Taxpayers
The discussion resulted in the Russian government approving the draft federal law On Amending Part One and Part Two of the Russian Tax Code in Connection with the Establishment of the Consolidated Group of Taxpayers.
III. Draft Federal Law On the National Research Centre Kurchatov Institute and the Draft Programme of Joint Operation of Organisations Involved in the Pilot Project to Establish the National Research Centre Kurchatov Institute
1. The discussion resulted in the Russian government approving the draft federal law On the National Research Centre Kurchatov Institute and the Draft Programme of Joint Operation of Organisations Involved in the Pilot Project to Establish the National Research Centre Kurchatov Institute. The draft law will be duly submitted to the State Duma.
2. The Russian government approved the Draft Programme of Joint Operation of Organisations Involved in the Pilot Project to Establish the National Research Centre Kurchatov Institute as well as the draft resolution on this issue.
IV. Draft Federal Law On Amending Article 522 of the Law of the Russian Federation On Education
The Russian government approved the draft federal law On Amending Article 522 of the Law of the Russian Federation On Education. The draft law will be duly submitted to the State Duma.
V. Draft Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law On Advertising
The Russian government approved the draft federal law On Amending the Federal Law On Advertising. The draft law will be duly submitted to the State Duma.
VI. Draft Federal Law On Amending Specific Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation With Regard to Bringing the Managing Bodies of the Business Community to Account
The Russian Government approved the draft federal law On Amending Specific Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation With Regard to Bringing the Managing Bodies of the Business Community to Account.
VII. Draft Federal Law On Ratifying the Conventions on the Basics Promoting Occupational Safety and Health (Convention No. 187)
The Russian government approved the draft federal law On Ratifying the Conventions on the Basics Promoting Occupational Safety and Health (Convention No. 187). The draft law will be duly submitted to the State Duma.
VIII. Submitting a proposal for the Russian president's signature on the Protocol for Amending the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Applicability of Treaties in the Formation of the Customs Union as of May 28, 2010.
The Russian government approved the draft resolution on this issue.
IX. Submitting a proposal for the Russian president's signature on the Agreement for Free (Designated) Economic Zones in the Customs Territory of the Customs Union and the Customs Procedure for Free Customs Zone, as well as the Agreement on Free Warehouse and the Customs Procedure for Free Warehouse.
The Russian government approved the draft resolution on this issue.
X. Submitting a proposal for the Russian president's signature on the Agreement on the Order of Shipping Products for Private Use Across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and Carrying Out the Customs Transactions Connected with their Release.
The Russian government approved the draft resolution on this issue.
XI. Signing the Agreement on the Distinctions of International Transport of Passengers as well as of Trailers, Semitrailers, Containers and Railway Vehicles Carrying Freight and (or) Luggage to Carry Out Internal Transportation within the Customs Territory of the Customs Union.

XII. Signing the Agreement on the Distinctions of Customs Transactions related to Products Delivered via International Post.

XIII. Holding Annual Festival Caucasian Games
The Russian government approved the draft resolution on this issue.
XIV. Establishing the Organising Committee for Preparing and Holding the Anniversary of Mstislav Keldysh

XV. Providing the Budget Appropriations from the Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Dagestan to Prevent and Manage Emergency Situations and Natural Disasters

Providing the Budget Appropriations from the Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation to the Sakhalin Region to Prevent and Manage Emergency Situations and Natural Disasters and Issue State Housing Certificates in Connection with the Consequences of the Earthquake of August 2, 2007, in Nevelsky District, Sakhalin Region
